Gary played Lee, the idealistic younger brother of Peter Strauss's Emory, a steelworker put out of work by the collapse of the steel industry. Lee has dreams of going places, but ends up in the steel mills with his brother. Since this is Gary's first film role, he's only onscreen for a few minutes, but it's a good part.
